IGNOU MSW Eligibility Criteria

To apply for a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, a student must be a bachelor’s degree holder. The bachelor’s degree may be of any field. No specific subject is needed. Students from every age group are invited to apply at IGNOU.

IGNOU MSW Fee

To complete the 2025 IGNOU MSW admission 2025-26 process, students must submit an IGNOU course fee of Rs. 18,000/- per year. The total amount for MSW is Rs. 36,000/-. This fee can be submitted online on the student portal.

Admission will start in January 2025. Students have till 31st January 2025 to complete the IGNOU MSW application process.

IGNOU MSW Application Process

Step 1: Go to the IGNOU admission portal for ODL programmes. This university provides different admission portals for different modes of education.

Step 2: Read the instructions on the page. They lay out step-by-step details students’ must take care of.

Step 3: Click on “New Registration”. This will open the new registration page.

Step 4: Enter name, email, and mobile number. This will create new credentials. 

Step 5: Login to the IGNOU admission portal.

Step 6: Fill in the IGNOU registration form.

Step 7: Upload the copy of asked documents. Students must submit a copy of documents like photographs, id, and address proof.
